A Sisterhood Summer Solstice

I am so very much looking forward to welcoming in Summer within the golorious 'The Farm at Avebury' just a week before Solstice is here. 

Summer Solstice is on the 21st June & welcome's in the first day of Summer in the Northern Hemisphere.

Summer Solstice means so much to me & I' am truly looking forward to celebrating with a group of Sisters.

We will spend the first part of the gathering for us as women to honour our sacred selves, incorporating the Solstice by using crystals in ritual, visualisations, journaling, meditation & breathwork, to make space in your hearts to feel held & ignite your inner passions.

Further rituals will be added to the gathering for us to delve into welcoming of the Sun.

As we sip on seasonal drink & eat cake we will move to the granary where you have the chance to make your own cleansing ritual wand with some foraged herbs & flowers that i shall be bringing with me.

This is completely optional if you would rather sit in the courtyard & bask in the sun then that suits us just fine too.

We are then joined by the wonderful Laura Taylor who is a Bristol based sound healing facilitator, whose practices are focused on guiding you out of your thinking mind and into your body.

Over the course of an hour you will be guided into rest through visualisation and sound, allowing your body to be nourished on a deep cellular level. 

I ask that you bring along with you some offerings from nature, whether that be flowers, herbs, leaves, stones, shells whatever you forage or bring with you from home which will become a part of a ritual to join us in circle. 

If possible come wearing yellow, orange, gold or anything that you feel honours the summer.

The Farm at Avebury is located just a two minute drive from Avebury Stones & once the gathering has closed i invite you to come along with me to the heart of Avebury for a walk around the historic village.
