Lunar Circle

Held on the afternoon preceding the Full Moon in Libra, Charlotte from Medicine of the Sisterhood & Cat from Retreat and Rewild are joining as one to bring you a gathering not to be missed.

Join us at the gorgeous Parlour Barn at Berry Farm (South Cerney) for an afternoon of kundalini yoga, circle indulgence, and deep nourishment led from our heart space to yours.

Our afternoon will be a concoction of two parts.

Our circle opens with a Kundalini Global yoga practice led by Cat. Kundalini Global is a new, very magical, and highly potent form of yoga. Cat will guide you through an enchanting heart-opening series, playing with posture, intention, and breath to meet yourself where you are, land into presence, and invite in your highest, widest, most expansive dreams. Through use of our physical bodies, we will explore the realms of potential that live within our collective quantum fields. You can expect to emerge from this practice feeling softer, kinder, gentler, more joyful, and vibrant.

After a short break for seasonal drinks and indulgent treats, Charlotte from Medicine of the Sisterhood will gather us in circle to share our wishes, hear each other’s stories, surrender and manifest in ritual, alongside the Full Moon in harmonious Libra to honour our sacred selves.

We hope to hold space for you there.
