New Moon Flow

The morning before the New Moon in Earthy Virgo we come together to embody her in practice. 

Virgo being an Earth sign brings stability, nourishment, containment, & connection to our roots & time. 

We will use the moon salutation, Chandra Namaskar to aid in grounding, self empowerment, & balance drawing on the moon's symbolism of coolness, receptivity, and the feminine divine but also the sense of nurture earth signs provide us with by adding moments of stillness & pause to relfect & grow. 

Adding a Virgo inspired Crystal Grid for us to spend the last 30 mins setting intentions,  a few journalling prompts & leaving with wisdom through oracle.
