Reiki & Cacao Sisterhood Circle for Winter Solstice

Join us In the days leading up to Winter Solstice for a morning of adornment.

Our Solstice gathering will be begin with a cacao infused Women’s circle.

It can be a time to rest and reflect, the perfect time to sink deep into ourselves with crystals in ritual, journalling & the option as always to share within the group, the sharing aspect of the circle is always completely optional.

From the circle we then move into a small Qigong practice to ground you before receiving reiki in yin like postures which will aid deeper rest.

The reiki will be received as part of a group setting but also given individually within it.

During the time leading up to Winter Solstice the light of the Sun begins a new solar cycle.
