Join me for a morning of connection to our seat of creation, our source of deep wisdom, our heart, our womb.

Held in the gallery space above ‘The Henge Shop’

In Avebury on the High Street.

This morning is designed for womben who recognise how deeply important the womb is as a portal of creation, for those who seek to connect to themselves, their bodies & for women who have lost the physical part of their womb but long to connect with the energetic space.

During our morning together we invite you to rediscover the depths of your being.

As you journey inward, you will open the door to a reconnection with your intuitive self, we will do this via mindful exercises such as journalling, guided reflections, meditation & mantra.

Connecting to our Sacral Chakra with small seated movements & exploring what the Sacral Chakra feels like for us individually as an intuitive, creative & passionate part of our mind & body.

We will delve into cyclical living & how we can use this to support our monthly cycles of life from menstruation to planning how and when we should take more rest or be out most proactive & outgoing.

As always in my spaces there will be an altar space with crystals, oracle cards, essential oils & flowers to adorn our feminine.
