Sisterhood Sunday to honour the Autumn Equinox

I am so very much looking forward to welcoming in Autumn at the gorgeous Kin Photograph's on a late summers afternoon the day after Autumn Equinox.

Autumn Equinox or Mabon is held on the 23rd September & welcome's in the first day of Autumn in the Northern Hemisphere.

Equinox itself is two moments in the year when the Sun is exactly above the Equator and day and night are of equal length.

The Autumn Equinox is a meaningful time of year to honor the harvest. Whether that be a "real" harvest of the things planted in your garden or the harvest of efforts and intentions for your life path that you set earlier in the year.

We will spend the afternoon gathering for us as women to honour our sacred selves, incorporating the equinox by using crystals in ritual, visualisations, journaling, meditation & breathwork, to make space in your hearts…
