The Elemental Yoga Series

As we sit in the zodiac sign of Cancer it was only right to begin these elemental yoga practices with the element of water.

Water helps us to connect to the hidden part of ourselves, the world of our feelings and deep inner knowing.

We will move through postures that leave us feeling feminine, expansive but nurtured, a mix of longer held Yin poses & slow somatical Yang movements to truly embody the sensitivity of water.

If this class goes well I hope to bring to life the other three elements of fire, air & earth over the summer season here at the Tipi in Berry Farm.

Just bring yourself (all props provided) & some water to drink
