Traditional Chinese Medicine Workshop for the Fire Element

In this extended class we look at the season of Summer, element of Fire & Yin organ of The Heart.

The season of Summer is split into two in TCM with the first part starting on Summer Solstice until the middle of August.

Expect to learn how to tell if your body is in disharmony, how we can re harmonise, nourish & use Yin Yoga, Acupressure & the Meridian Pathways to energise ourselves for Summer but also the seasons to follow.

Bring along a yoga mat, any props (there will be some available too) a notepad, pen & some water.
