Drifting into the Dark

Medicine of the Sisterhood invite you to its second gathering of 2023, 

We meet on the eve of the Super New Moon in Pisces. 

A Balsamic Dark Moon a time of surrender, renewal, purity & preperation. 

Often within a Dark Moon (or Waning Crescent) we may feel sluggish, cranky as we begin to transition into a New Moon. 

Dark Moon's are not the time for manifesting or setting intentions but more a time of contemplation. 

A time to relax and connect with our body & mind. 

A time to process everything that is going on in your life and declutter your mind. 

A time to focus purely on yourself. 

So with this in mind we will be looking at how to use this time to nestle back into ourselves, meditation or breathwork to slow us down, some body movements & shaking to wake up any part of ourselves that are feeling into that slump.

Crystals in ritual to put out to world purely about us, you & what you want to focus on. 

Journalling to surrender once more to the Moon. 

We will end with a small selection of Yin poses to truly take us into deep rest before a savasana (Relaxation) to close.
