FULL BLOOM

Medicine of the Sisterhood presents it's first retreat day in Full Bloom. 

Set at the wonderful Farm at Avebury, a loved venue of ours which has always helped us to hold space for one another so well & in the summertime the farm really is blooming with beauty. 

We will begin the day with a nurturing yang to yin yoga flow in which we will use elements of fire as we draw a close on Leo season, opening the heart space & connecting further into the element of earth, with Yin postures grounding us before Shavasana. 

We then move into our sisterhood gathering. 

This gathering will focus on the upcoming Super Blue Full Moon which will be taking place at the end of the month.
