Sisterhood Sunday ~ Autumn Equinox

Our September Sisterhood Sunday has arrived, held the Sunday of the Full Moon in watery Pisces, the Harvest Moon & just three days from the Autumn Equinox we will spend two hours for us as women to honour our sacred selves.

Come with an open mind & space in your heart for us to rejoyce, journal, create, be held & ignite our passions.

There will be an added Water & Earth Element Yin Yoga to honour both the Full Moon & the seasonal element.

Then a balancing Yoga Nidra to nurture & close the ceremony.

with optional teas to accompany the day.

To give some more detail on the Yin Yoga session, Yin yoga is a seated practice which aids circulation and flexibility it is not a flow in which we recommend coming in your comfiest clothes, this doesn’t need to be yoga leggings but something comfortable enough for you to be able to move and be seated in.

In Yin Yoga we are looking for comfort and ease to help you melt in to the poses and release.

Nearer to the date of the circle a reminder email will be sent along with Information on what you will need to bring & how to get there.
